Accumulation Table
Product accumulation is vital for manufacturers as it serves as a buffering method between processes of varying cycle lengths. Simplimatic® Accumulation Tables provide a simple means of adding product accumulation to nearly any manufacturing line. Ideally suited to handle pucks, bottles, or other flat goods, Simplimatic Accumulation Tables are constructed with T-6061 Aluminum and utilizes Intralox® 900 mat-top conveyor (or other customer preferred mat-top brands).
This highly customized system typically utilizes three lanes of conveyor and acts as a through conveyor during steady production states. It is available in nearly any length or with additional conveyor lanes and drives depending on customer preference.
