This machine works well in a high volume / low mix or low volume / high mix environment. The same platform is available in multiple configurations ranging from Dual drawer manual load or in-line operations, protecting your investment with the ability to convert from one style to another.

System Construction

The Simplimatic PCB router / de-paneling machine is built to last with mineral cast and steel frame. Controls and motion components are state-of-the-art and high precision with ultra-low maintenance required.

Maintainability

The fume extractor has PCB speed control smart settings that will shut the blower motor off, indicating it is time to replace the filters. The Loc- Line components should be maintained when the fume extractor Purex filters are replaced. All wires are premade and electrical components are clearly marked. The electrical panel is accessible by a rear access door.

Safety Features

Potential hazards are guarded and marked with approved labels. Emergency stops are standard and remove power to the motor drivers when activated. Router includes solenoid interlocked door, interlocked laser power and a monitored safety chain. All doors that are not interlocked are tooled entry.
