Simplimatic design philosophies have been highly regarded by the electronics industry since 1988, before the proliferation of surface mount technology. We have tested countless belt types, frame designs, and electronics components to bring to you the most reliable, best performing, most well thought-out conveyor on the market today.

Our customers include some of the largest manufacturers of their type in the world, operating in some of the most demanding conditions. We also consistently excel at unique projects by starting with a proven design and customizing it to meet your needs exactly.

The innovation continues today at our electronics conveyor manufacturing facility, the largest of its kind in North America. Call us now and let our experience start working for you.

The CIMTRAK® Advantage

Servo-controlled motion control:
Closed-loop electronic feedback is standard on all major motion control systems on the CIMTRAK® line. This eliminates positioning and speed control problems inherent to DC and pneumatic motion control.

DC Stepper Conveyor Motors:
Stepper motor conveyor control allows precise adjustments to velocity, torque, acceleration, deceleration, and current. Also eliminates the hassles associated with driveshafts, driveshaft covers, DC brush maintenance, motor noise, and belt removal.

Rail Design:
Extruded slots along the rail easily accept after market accessories. Zero-gap between belt and edge guide eliminates jamming problems with thin boards. Infeed tips are stainless steel and beveled.

Extruded Aluminum Framework:
Simplimatic uses a proprietary aluminum frame extrusion, which is stronger than 2" square mild steel frame members, and allows accessories to be added without drilling or welding. As part of our "stressed body" design, this approach results in a very strong, clean machine frame.

Conveyor Belt Construction:
Simplimatic pioneered the use of non-spliced, fiberglass-reinforced power transmission belts for PCB edge belt conveyors. Superior strength and wear characteristics when compared to laminated tape belts. Only five belt sizes required for the entire CIMTRAKŪ product line.

Design Excellence

  • Simplimatic has been in the conveyor business long enough to know what works and what does not.
  • We also take great care to reduce hazards by minimizing sharp corners, using safety guards, and positive-guided EMO system, as shown on our Shuttle Gate.
  • And for ease of maintenance, nothing beats a well labeled electrical panel on drawer slides, shown here on our Servo Side Shuttle.
  • Simplimatic was the first conveyor company to deliver a complete line of dual lane conveyor equipment.

Modular

Reconfiguring your factory?
Our modular approach to machine design results in maximum flexibility for you. As your production layout changes, just add or subtract our "plug-and-play" conveyor modules. Each machine is built to SMEMA industry standards, which ensures they will integrate easily into your production lines.

Need to add accessories?
Microscopes, heated stages, 2D readers, and tooling fixtures will bolt right to our proprietary extruded aluminum framework with basic hand tools. No welding or drilling required.

Have a custom requirement?
Our modular design philosophy means we can respond quickly to custom requests, without starting a design from "scratch", which saves you time and money. For example, we have pre-packaged solutions for custom magazine sizes, extra-small or extra-large products, fragile substrates, and high-temperature packages.
