The Model 2046 Product Orientator is used to change the orientation
of a product ninety-degrees about a vertical axis. Product can be
introduced into the machine in either orientation and can be rotated
in either direction.
This action can increase product density within subsequent
processes by orienting products so that their shortest dimension is
parallel to product flow. If desired, a second unit can rotate the
product back to its original orientation.
This machine will accommodate most PCBs, JEDEC trays, and Auer
boats.

- Increasing density in reflow or cure ovens.
- Changing product orientation by 90°
